GHE Waterfarm - pump timing

Hi all! I am using Waterfarm from GHE and I have set it up so the pump goes on and off at same time with the lights.
Is this timing OK or is it better to just run the pump 24/7?
I have no experience in hydroponic yet.

That is a drip system. In my experience, they're meant to run continuously. It's run by a simple air pump so running it 24hrs a day isn't going to use much electricity. Don't turn it off.

When lights are on, pump is on. No need to run it 24/7. No reason not to, other than the pump will slightly heat up the solution.
I run mine on when lights are on, and in addition, few times during the dark, to keep lines open...

When to use terra aquatica ripen? Wait until they look ready to harvest or when they look like they will be ready in 2 weeks while using ripen?I'm coming to the end & I think they need a few more weeks at least, but I may be just kidding myself, thinking they're gonna double in size.
I'm gonna use ripen for the final 2 weeks with a 48h flash clean before & after, so should I start now or wait for more amber trichomes?

EC too high and leaf yellowEC 1.45 and some yellow leaf… I adjusted the soup by adding water to it and the new leaves seem to be pretty ok. Otherwise, all other parameters are good. It’s odd bc I followed instructions of the brand (Platinium Hydroponics) and the EC lvl is still kinda high. Suggestions?

Does a bottom feed watering system need to stay wet? Or can it dry out before refilling? And why? Thanks!I'm using the AC Infinity SELF-WATERING FABRIC POT BASE.
