Week 1 from paper towel to soil pretty happy with crop king seeds so far every seed grew at different speeds. Due to not enough light the plants stretched and became weak so transplant of the 2 into 10 gallon felt pots and moved to outside. The other remains in a 3 gallon and LST because it grew too tall and couldn’t support itself not sure about how it will work but other people have had luck with this technique so I’m taking a try at it

Plants seem to be happy outside seeing some growth hoping more is happening under the soil that I can’t see. Started using nutrients with the amounts the bottle says to use

Hey growers I have sad news one of my girls are drooping like crazy. After adding perlite to soil to improve the drainage this happened and I am confused. Everywhere I read says over watering but soil it dry on the top couple inches. Maybe watering too often? Please help

looks more underwatered. allow top 1" to dry before watering again. in an oversised pot relative to plant size you want to water in a radius roungly the size of the canopy in diameter. err on a bit larger, if anything. The key is that it dries 1/2" to 1" on top after 1-2 days intiially. you can expand that as it matures, of course. as you water the whole thing, it may take 2-3 days or more before you water again until it's a larger plant and drinking a gallon daily. If you've been fertilizing, the new roots will be growing into soil with an overabundance of nutrients that haven't been used since you began fertilizing in those areas -- so this depends on prior behaviour. if you have been giving nutes to the whole pot, i'd irrigate the outer areas with water-only (pH'd ~6.5). a little runoff one time should dilute it plenty. Then, the suggestion of small radius of watering around plant until it gets larger. regular nutes schedule as long as you stay near it where roots will drink it up as opposed to building up in soil.

Week 3. Plant #1 hands down the smallest plant started faster than the others but hasn’t seemed to grow very much compared to others Plant #2 passed plant number 3 this week and started growing bigger and stronger very pleased with this one Plant #3. Was doing awesome until yesterday when I noticed it’s growth wasn’t as fast anymore and then by afternoon was all dropped. Added 5 gals of perlite to the 3 planters this week due to poor drainage. Overall working on a more routine watering/feeding routine to combat potential over watering starting today and keeping them covered from rain

Had a tough week this week with the weather had to bring plants inside due to frost warning and storming. Lost the one plant it never recovered so left with these 2 now. Calling for rain and thunder for the better part of next week let’s hope they are wrong

I feel like the topic is very controversial about when to start LST. Some say 3 nodes some say 6. Attached is a picture of my biggest girl so far. Lots of new growth this week so far but not the tallest yet. Open to hearing from the grow community thanks

Hi there! LST is very simple technique 'cos you can start it early or late and the results are pretty same. I suggest that the plant should have atleast 6 nodes before starting. The idea is to bend the main branch down to promote the growth of the lower branches and this is happening because of the plant hormones When one branch is top it has auxin and when you bend it under the other tops the auxin transfers to other branches to give them sign to be the new tops. This is why LSTY workjs like it works

Week 6 holy moly what a week! Seen some big time growth weather was perfect sunny hot and humid. Losing the battle of lst my tie downs on the main keeps coming undone but branches stayed down so new growth is strong from those areas. After increasing my nutrient to 15ml/gal I am very pleased with growth amount and the girls are very happy and healthy aswell!! Getting ready for flower in a week or 2!! Wish me luck lol

To me I dont see signs of flowering. That top looks like it was burnt or damaged by something. Looking like a withering doing growth tip. If that is the case... after ur plant gets over the stress and heals off the damage. Ur plant will likely continue to grow that node out. If it cant be repaired ull get an effect just like topping but more stressful. Resulting in the 2 growth tips below the dead shoots ur new tops. Either way dont think ur flowering bud. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

This week we battled bad weather again. Lost the top off one of the plants as seen in the picture so I ended up topping it to try to save the plant some stress still not sure if that was the rite move but it’s what I ended up doing and hoping this will be a good week for that plant. The big one I have done defoliating to and it seems to be responding extremely well to this.

Week 8 The small plant is recovering and getting happy again starting the new growth after the problem from the previous week The big plant is doing very well and happy aswell I was told to keep the leaves and stop with the defoliation to maintain nutrients in the plant through them to help with future flowering Now just maintaining water/feed schedule and hoping for the best

Other than tying down the 2 new stems to let the other branches catch in height not doing any more training on these girls I believe I may of over stressed them early by being to eager and trying too much so from here just letting them grow happy

Hey growers sorry I missed last week on the diary had way too much on the go so I figured I would do a double this weekend. Unfortunately the plant I topped in previous weeks had split so I had to get on surgery for her rite away and it seems to be healing up. I believe i pulled the wire too tight for LST by accident and that’s the outcome. The other girl is filling out and growing very happy and healthy. We have also had an extreme amount of rain and I am grateful for these felt pots in weeks like this because they drain well And the girls have gotten too big to go under my clear patio table for shelter now so they get rain here and there

This week we are getting the beautiful smells from these girls. If you catch yourself down wind of these you know they are there. My day’s at work have been getting longer so I feel when I het home to feed them they are very thirsty so I might try this week giving a little bit in the morning to get them through and then feeding once I get home not sure but I am happy with how they are growing this week

Can I saw flower!? These girls are champions. Stretching big time and flowering like rockstars. Weather has been horrible this past week and girls have outgrown my shelter for them. I am thankful for putting in good amounts of perlite into containers and mostly the felt planters. Beyond pleased with them to be honest. Plants have been getting crushing winds all week and ridiculous amounts of heavy rainfall but they still look great and healthy. Crop king seeds have done a great job on there work with this strain and I can not wait until harvest

Took a surprise frost Saturday morning luckily where they are located they appeared to be alright. I have since filled the planter with mulch hopefully to keep the roots warm and prevent farther harm. Apart from that the girls look good and smell great!

Here it is. 7 weeks of flower and unfortunately can’t get the 8th in. The upcoming week of weather looks horrible here with rain and highs of 11C lows at 1C I don’t want to chance it so looks like it might be harvest time. The buds have really fattened up and the hairs are mostly brown and curled so I feel confident the quality should still be there. I have already too filled the planters with mulch to keep the roots warm the last 2 weeks. You can actually see the colours on the shorter plant that was topped hoe the cold weather has affected her. Will post harvest pics tomorrow unless someone talks me out of harvest

This strain by crop king seeds has impressed me with its toughness. Being my first grow ever I made some mistakes along the way but the girls seemed to get through it all and grow well. In the end I am fortunate for them to provide me with more than enough bud to get me through the year if it all dries and cures properly. The past week after harvest has been cold and humid. I tried everything I could given my resources to dry it in my shed but weather of 1-10 Celsius. Rain high humidity and even hail storm one night has been hard on the drying process. Now jarred a little early to try to help with continuous burping of lids. I will submit a better review of how they turned out once dried and cured. Also will submit a dried weight I had an ounce of this exact strain given to me this past year for health reasons and that is what inspired me to track down these seeds and grow my own because I enjoyed it so much. Anyways hope for me it all turns out well
