Heya!
Looking good so far! Typically you want to flip when the plant is half the desired height. When you flip to 12/12 they'll stretch as you noticed with auto's when they started to flower. They usually grow twice the size and sativa's sometimes triple in height. It really comes down to space limitations and your growing technique you're going with.

I would give it 1 more week of veg and then switch, else you risk it growing too big during flowering
