Time to flower?

Hi,
Its my first grow and I'm not sure if/when set lights for flowering. I have 4 girls in a 4x2 (I know now this is not ideal), they are 9 weeks old and I don't know when to set the lights 12/12. Thanks!

He might be using the net just for support, maybe he isnt into scrogging on his first grow, but either way, they will double in size when you flip then, wish it worked on gold but it doesn't, so as long as you have space, keep them up as long as u can, more time = more yield. Please after you get your answer, pick a grower as the answer, it will help any of the growers regardless of your choice.

Heya!
Typically when you scrog you want to fill the netting first in veg. One the whole canopy is good usually people will flip and add another trellis possibly.
Remember when you flip they will grow about twice as tall.
