Seedling Light Height (SAD LAMP)

Whats the best light height above seedlings, mine are on day 8 and had good growth up until now they have stopped for around 24hrs I use a SAD lamp for seedlings and has been 4cm away from them, see photo seems to be burning, rounding and curling? Moist meter of soil is ok. Thank

Hey how much watt does the lamp have? 4 cm are a bit close :-) I would say with seedlings about every 100 watts about 15 cm away from the seedlings :-) greetings 👌👍

Thanks for the quick reply, its a 55w lamp. I have limited info on it unfortunately as the company no longer exists its quite an old girl I pulled out the garage! haha. Was due to some unwelcome weather though that I hadn't expected.
Yes good point, I had it at 12cm to start and seemed to have the impression it would need as much as it could get (not taking into account it would grow and maybe get too much!) Got ya I will move back up to 12cm today!
Do you have any idea what might be causing the leaf to almost stunt its growth and round off with a burnt tip? Or is that just pretty normal? Thanks😀👍

Plant Topped Itself at 3rd node? Stress or mutation/morphology?This plant split into two shoot apical meristems at 3rd node, I think? Is this due to stress, or a plant morphology/mutation? Pic 1 = weeks before pic 2. Pic 2 = 3rd node & 2 stems. Pic 3 = strain name.

Does too concentrated STS cause inviable pollen? Despite dabking seeing "seeds all over", There were none. someone didn't get the joke. This fem seed run failed. Lower concentrationn gave 1000s, instructed concentration gave 100s, this OD gave zero despite 100% conversion.

Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed. I applied two or three layers of duct tape, not sure if the constant pull of ties will allow it to heal and repair. When should I take the tape off?
