You can see by the amount of pollen on the leaf that this hermie has been shedding pollen for a while now and is well matured.
The hermie trait is not "catching" or transferable just by being close by, it is all controlled by an individual plants genetics.
Any mature seeds found in any of your plants will have dominant genes for being hermies too, they will NOT be feminised and totally useless for future grows, unless you are trying to develop a line of pure breeding hermaphrodite plants!
Chop the hermie, it looks quite ready and this will prevent further seeding of your other plants, however, since this hermie has been shedding pollen for so long already, be prepared to find seeds in all your other plants, as well as in the hermie plant too (obviously).
The focus should be on protecting the rest of your other plants and sacrificing this hermie to achieve this goal.
Hope this helps, Organoman.
