I live in a place where nutrients are difficult to find. I have a bottle of nutrients which contain calcium 15% w/v magnesium 5% w/v and boron 3% w/v labelled on the bottle. How should i mix this and how often should i add to my plant?

The coco grow & bloom will do fine for now but I'm not sure about the other bottle of nutes pictured it has very high amounts in it I definitely would'nt be using it on young plants, I use Bio Diesel CaMg+ and it only has 9% Ca, 1.5% Mg & 0.1% B

Thanks @danski! The other bottle i used it to wet my coco 1ml/l of water 1 week prior to transplant. Will update again if i need more assistance. Thanks!
