Big change to my grow after a week. I originally dropped 6 seeds in water (one has been severely stunted after I accidentally broke off some root on transplant). Originally wanted to grow 5 in 25l pots and training with a ScRog net. However I dropped another 9 in water and transplanted 25 hours later in coco mix. Plan to veg for about 3 weeks then flip. So we have 15 in plastic cups, with 6 seeds a week ahead. This diary will be recorded from the perspective of the later 9 seeds. Goal: 300g They are under a cheap no name brand light and will be transplanted into the main tent when the current grow is harvested. If the 6 (or 5 if I ditch the stunted one) that are ahead may get topped to AB test (or top some of them) while the 9 are playing catch-up. Very excited for this grow

A bit of issues transplanting into the final 11l pots. Plants went into shock and have basically not grown this week

after transplant shock and ph being too high for coco the kids barely grew last week. The back end of the week started to show some promising signs of lead growth. Not all plants have picked up properly. Hopefully some Nitrogen next week will speed up growth

Enjoyed the first signs of solid growth this week. May flip a bit later than anticipated - maybe 2 more weeks after this week. May top a few of the more advanced plants that started early. Interesting to see how differently some of the plants are growing

Last week saw some good green growth but the canopy is far from filled out and I do not expect it to be full by the end of the week, so maybe flip in 2 weeks. Have moved some of the smaller plants to directly under the light and increased light intensity from 50% to 60%. As an experiment I topped the 2 bottom plants, on Day 4 and 3 plants on day 7. I marked the topped plants red nail polish. Day 4 I ordered enzymes and a wire rack to raise the plants as they may have poor drainage sitting in the run off water. The leaves have been droopy so hopefully will alleviate this. After feeding the plants with the enzymes the PPM of the runoff is far higher than the PPM of the water I fed them. May have to flush if this is still the case middle of next week

Hopefully this is the last week of veg. I have had high PPM in my runoff so I flushed the plants with ph balanced water on day 1. Water went in 200 PPM and came out 800.. Apparently flushing is a bad idea so instead on day 2 I monitored the EC going in and out and will continue to monitor. Was smack on perfect on Day 2 - 192 difference. Have put up the SCRoG net and upped the light to 85% intensity. Also rearranged the plants on day 2 to give the most promising plants the best light as well as planning to try fill the open spaces by not having small plants next to each other.

The day has finally come and I have flipped the babies into a 12/12 cycle, and put in the dehumidifier. They didn’t spread out as much as I would have liked but I have an idea up my sleeve to weave the plant through the scrog as it stretches. The EC runoff has been significantly lower than the feed

My EC going in is just under 2,000 (The maximum it should be much later in flower according to online) but comes out much lower and is getting lower each (735,467,368 respectively). Online says that Coco runoff will always be higher t- what should I do? I am scared to increase

I wouldn't push anything higher. When taking these sorta readings don't let what your EC pen tells you override what your eyes tell you when examining the plants. If your plants seem healthy and not underfed then no reason to raise your nutrients. Your runoff EC numbers are more useful as a baseline to inform you of changes before plant symptoms show up. For instance if your runoff typically runs at .7 and you notice it's starting to climb over time, that's a good sign of salts building up.

After a decent start to the first week of flowering, I have skipped the second week of flower per the Biobizz nutrient schedule. This is because the flowering cycle is very short on this strain. The EC has been very odd, going in very high and coming out very low. Also temperatures have been high so have ordered a cooling unit. Have put in a second net about 20cm above the first

Still really struggling to bring the temperature down and have purchased an air conditioner, which has not done much. The stretch is in full motion but not as aggressive as I thought - has doubled in height since switching to 12/12.. The question is - will the keep growing this week? My EC is going in super high at almost 3, and coming out at 2. (so odd). But the water is EC 0.7 sometimes before I add nutes.... Hope to get the temperature a bit better and have some nice stretching this week

Buds are coming along nicely and expecting them to fatten quite nicely this week. Doing a mix of week 5&6 nutrients and may do a full week 6 nutrients half way through the week. I can start to see some nice build up on the sugar leaves so will ask in questions how far away they look from harvest. It’s a short flowering strain. On Day 2 did some nice lollipopping

Last week saw the start of the fattening which is always a great feeling opening the tent when the lights go on I have upped the nutrients to the final max strength, which I assume could last up to 3 weeks. Quickest case could be 2 weeks and then flush. Any recommendations will be appreciated. Always struggling with heat so hopefully can monitor

Heat heat heat. Such a problem. Likely last week before flush, so I am DESPERATE to get the heat down. The resin has evaporated on the buds. So what have I done: - dropped heavy dollar on a good air con unit. First tried it outside the tent to cool the room it’s in but that didn’t work - Then put it in the tent but that isn’t working because the water tank fills in around 20 minutes. - NO BRAINER - I detached the battery from the light and the battery is now outside the tent. I’m in a race against the clock!!

Alas I fixed the temperature. Time to flush On inspection of my plants we have some good sized nugs on 11 plants. 1 plants just didn’t grow. Very odd. There tiny tiny popcorn nugs on her that will skew the average per plant. Overall looking like a very good yield

Harvested on day 52 after flip. Had some really nice nugs. Some learning: - one plant was an absolute dud with tiny popcorn nugs. One was a semi dud. These did not have good access to light. Light = everything - some plants were topped and some were not. I did not notice any gains on topping. Actually seemed better on the non-topped.
