I see no amber. You want to wait until at least 10% of trichomes are amber. Also go by trichomes on buds not leaves.
Your trichomes look pretty cloudy so you may be close. Hard to tell with the video, try to get a still frame so we can investigate next time. Photos have better quality than video too.

What stage are my trichromes in? (see diary for photo's)Pistils are mainly brown, but judging from my photo's I'd say the trichromes are still transparent to maybe slightly milky? The pictures from my phone aren't perfectly sharp though, and it's my first growth as well, so I'm not really sure. Could anyone with a trained eye tell?6y ago

Seeds everywhere, unsure if this is a result of impregnation from a hermie I had weeks ago that I may have touched and spread pollen unknowingly or stress?I have 2 GDPs from ILGM that now have seeds. One much more than the other but certainly seeds. My question is can these buds still be used for rosin/edibles? or even smoked? And can these seeds potentially be feminized as they may have been stress induced? Or assume bad and toss?
