Started to happen to a plant that I broke by accident during LST. However around the same time I upped to 2ml/l and moved the light a little closer. My ph has also been high (fine now). No idea which one could be the culprit

If my ppm intake is about the same as my ppm runoff but my pH runoff is way lower than intake should I be worried? Or what should I do?If my ppm intake(705) is right about the same as my ppm runoff(790) but my pH intake(6.7) is off from my pH runoff(5.9) should I be worried or be trying to correct something or should it be fine? I purchased a IGrowcan & discovered that my plant is route bound in the jiffy peat pellet supplied, advise to new growers if you use the pellet remove the bag at time of potting!

My plan was to LST with tie downs horizontally at 3 weeks using cord for both plants (once ready) because my mars hydro 600s hang low at the highest setting and my tent is 24x24x36.
