Today I noticed all my outdoor plants have pistils after being 3-5weeks outside. Is this normal and will they continue veg due to increasing days/temps? Also, could this be reversed with additional light? Currently in the 7th week of Spring with 14h light and 13h sunrise.
Hi!
It's normal that some strains show sex earlier than others and some (like yours) in early veg state but it only means they are showing sex but not yet flowering.
It looks like you have photoperiod plants so they wont flower until they have 12hrs of continuous darkness
With the days being pretty even at that 12-12 side, they are prone to going into flowering phase. They will stretch a bit still, upwards of 35-50%, can be more. Seeing will ween out the unwanted.
They're autoflowers so they will transition into bloom based on time, not light cycle. 3-5 weeks in veg is average for autos. I recommend that you stop training until after they stretch which will begin any day now.
