Issues with purple stem and yellow leaves in Autos starting at the bottom of the plant and moving it's way up the plant ?

I grew a Lowryder and this really hurt my yield whatever it was i was supposed to get around 20g or so but I ended up getting 8g and its not the first time this has happened.
I want to grow a Cheese auto (Expert seeds) and I don't want my yield to suck again what can I do ?

This website ( https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-symptoms-pictures ) covers many common diseases and nutrient problems. I don't think they cover the purple stem but yellow leaves can be caused by a few different things.

Maybe start a diary with your equipment and lighting your using but good grows take good equipment and good nutes and environment without any good environment and equipment its not worth the electric cost especially in uk happy growing but the plants are only good if temperature is good enough and lighting is strong enough

Dark Green Leaves and Purple StemsPlant B has had no nutes its entire life in FFHF soil (3 weeks). Stems are a purplish color and starting to droop a little. Calcium Deficiency???So this is a Calcium Deficiency right? Noticing on top leaves. Not bad yet but want to stop it before it starts as this grow has been my best so far. I have been using CalMag every water but I did lower the dose for a few days as I was told I was using too much for flower.
