Yeah they are and its a beautifull top of a plant the one you got there, healty foliage, she will still grow a lot more even during flower now, she will get way taller meanwhile the pistils will be multipliying and anyday now you will start refering to those parts as buds and not pistils.

New buds, keeping or removing?What about the new little buds in the lower part. I can't imagine they'll grow big. And the plant could put her energy into big buds instead of "wasting" it for the small ones. Or causes the removing too much stress?

1. Is the "brown stuff" on the top bud "bud-rot"?
2. Are the "more intense white spots" mold?
