to help pick out a previous answer -- most likely just senescence... pistils turn orange-ish and retract until they are little nubs or curl up small etc... As the plant nears end of life (senescence) it will go through some inevitable changes... and this can vary by plant a bit - e.g. canopy may turn a different color. pollination can have the same effect on pistils and slow bud development.. do you have any male or hermie plants in the room? yet to hear of immaculate conception in plants... usually, but not always, happens top-down (parts with potentially too much light/heat speeding process), so maybe look around for nanners but i wouldn't worry too much... should be doing that alreaady, anyway. It's only going to pick up and all over plant. It is one of 3 metrics you should use to determine harvest window -- trichome color, pistil color, bud density.

Bud, that's perfectly normal. As you said yourself buds that are fatter and are in th3 light more look dif. Think you've sorted this 1 urself lol. Just rotate your pots. Cause if you think about it outdoor plants get an even bake, I know the light stays overhead but rotating your plants moves bud out of shade. Me personally I think it helps make and over uniformed bud sites espically if 1 side of the pot is closer to a corner which has less ppfd than in the middle. So if you have a few plants be sure to change them around and the 1s sitting in the low corner ppfd would love the middle or closer to higher ppfd zones. Nothing to worry about. I have bud sites that are only coming out of stigma while the top bud sites are done. Moving her around has helped. Good luck buddy.

If your humidity is 45 percent and you have a fan going moving air I highly Doubt it is any Bud rot.

Means 1 of two things basically. 1 it got pollinated. 2 it got touched or rubbed against something pretty good from my experiences.

Its more mature than the rest, the center and top colas always do that. Also the ones that get more light often do it too. As long as they are not actually drying suddenly in a small spot that slowly gets bigger, if that happens its bud rot. poke the spot with ya finger a few times and smell it, if it doesnt smell abit off or funky/moldy ya fine. The early stage of bud rot can cause pistils and calyx to darken early and then die but there is often a unique moldy small that comes along first with it. hard to see in pics but it looks ok from what i can see.
