This plant is in week 4 of flower. She just started producing tricomes and I've noticed some red/brown hairs today. Is this normal?

That's normal enough, but for some future reference of things that could influence it:
Light, heat, water, nutrient and related hormonal imbalances.
Coz I've seen a lot of people like "overstress" the plants (with whatever) and then they get very inconsistent maturation.

Totally normal. Not all pistils are blossoming at the same time, pistils that are first are also the first to color.

New buds, keeping or removing?What about the new little buds in the lower part. I can't imagine they'll grow big. And the plant could put her energy into big buds instead of "wasting" it for the small ones. Or causes the removing too much stress?
