it will not, as the roots grow deeper, the plant will be firmer. But over watering will stress the plant, be sure no to that again. a plant that small needs no more than a cup of water every few days.

I have an outdoor grow and had a 73 MPH Microburst thuderstorm that lasted about 15-30 mins... It dumped massive amounts of rain, toppled many trees in my yard and town... My autoflower plants were around the veg to flower week. They were flooded with water, bent over, and some knocked over. All of them recovered. When Im in a time-crunch I use straight hose water, too much a few times, plus double-watering once by accident, and my kids have definitely flooded my garden with the hose. All of the plants are potted, and have recovered just fine. I have also had it rain for a week straight, very heavy at times, with local flooding. It caused some bud rot which was removed. Everything recovered. I'd recommend letting it dry out until the first few centimetres are dry. Cannabis is very resilient, in my opinion, but I grow outdoors. (First time this year, harvested 3 autos so far)
