Bright green in middle of forming nodes and PPM level.

My baby's seem to be bright green in the middle of the latest growth but then a darker green elsewhere, is this normal?
Also what should my run off PPM be around this stage?

Thats normal, new growths are always lighter color than older leaves. They will darken as they grow

My Big Kush leaves appear to be more light green than I expected. My soil is 1:1 perlite potting soil and I only started adding nutes on the fourth week. They appear lighter than the bag seedlings I have running right now which is in pure potting soil. All normal?Week 5

Auto 9 week flower, still not finishingMy auto is @ week 13 from seed and week 9 of flower. Her leaves are green and healthy looking. Just tips are slight brown. Leaves: brown spots/tips, 8 wks. Need some advice for these seedlings - suspect it could be early cal-mag deficiency. Thoughts?These seedlings are growing with nicely but I have noticed some slight dis-coloration on the seedlings once the domes came during hardening, medium is moist and light PPFD is hovering around 220-250, avg day temps are 24c and night temps are 22c, using RO water.Leaves.
