Bright green in middle of forming nodes and PPM level.

My baby's seem to be bright green in the middle of the latest growth but then a darker green elsewhere, is this normal?
Also what should my run off PPM be around this stage?

Thats normal, new growths are always lighter color than older leaves. They will darken as they grow

Is this some kind of deficiency or a genetics-thing?What do you think this light green comes from?
From looking into several Special-Kush #1 grows, it appears it may could come from this strains genetics - although I'm absolutely not sure about that.
For the sake of it i ordered a PH-pen - for now I'll stick to my PH stripes.Week 1

Add CalMag or Manganese? Still slightly discolored and veiny leaves on week 6Calcium or Manganese deficiency? Last week had what I thought was early calcium deficiency. Gave it a dose of CalMag but now not sure if it’s still Calcium or possibly Manganese.

Pale/ slightly bleached leaves on 5-6 days old auto seedlings. should i worry?Here are the facts:
Overwatered a little, with 6-6.2 ph water (no nutes)
Strong light the first two days, approx. 400 ppfd. adjusted to 240.
High temperatures in tent during heatwave. (27-32 C)
Trouple keeping RH above 50%
Light mix soil, with 30-40% perlite.
