Deficiency on Leaves

What kind of deficiency causes small white spots on the leaves like this? Also on the lower leaf it's a bit mottled and yellow. I think it is two distinct problems.

Spots : Could it be bugs? Yellowing leaves : Make sure you don't over wet you soil. Don't water if the pot is still heavy.

Preparing neem oil for sprayingDoes neem oil actually mix in water? Never used the stuff, always just blast the underneath of leaves with a pump up sprayer filled with water and a little soap. Just wondering if the neem oil Is suppose to be mixed in water and if so how is it possible to mix oil with water.

Calcium deficiency or fungus??Iv just gone into 12/12 and what i thought would be fixed with simple calmag. Has got worse! Leaves are very yellow with brown spots.. Seems to be just brown spots on 1 girl.. :-(

need help with GG. she is looking yellow with slow growth and dying tips. runoff ppm is 1050 and ph is 5.6. its a little low. Just fed at 5.8 850ppm. Anybody got any idea whats going on? shes been fine with 1000 runoff. did I feed too much or too little and what does she need?

Holes/Spotting on leavesNoticed some holes and some spotting on a few leaves. Initial thought was spider mites, but based on pics not sure if that's the case. Also thought it could be areas where water beads were on the leaves and burned through (as the holes go). Not sure about spots. Thoughts?

I have gone overboard with Nutrients. Soil PH went down to 4.5. Flushed soil and PH back up to 6.5 - 7. Getting some brown splotches on both plants but only on the older "first" fan leaves. Wondering if that is just light burn. Plant is much happier now. Backing off Nutes :)
