Deficiency on Leaves

What kind of deficiency causes small white spots on the leaves like this? Also on the lower leaf it's a bit mottled and yellow. I think it is two distinct problems.

Spots : Could it be bugs? Yellowing leaves : Make sure you don't over wet you soil. Don't water if the pot is still heavy.

What causes my plant to look like this?Anyone know what the problem can be that my plant looks like this and is not growing atm? Weird leaf colours and the newer leaves are clawing. Inside of seed stuck on cotyledon leaves keeping them together Has anyone ever had the inside of the seed stay on and keep the two cotyledon leaves together? The outer hard shell has come off. I've been spraying it to try and soak it off but it's quite hard. Anyone ever successfully deal with this or will it just pop off on its own?

Top of plant only signs of Potassium Deficiency Have a look at my last pic, seems like Potassium deficiency but my mix contains potassium. Gaia Green pre-mixed: 3 tbsp 4-4-4, 1 tbsp 2-8-4 & 1/2 tbsp Feather Meal Per Gallon. Water is PH’d at 6.3 Your thoughts???

V-Shaped 1st pair of leafes /White Widow Auto Hi i'm currently in my second 'experiment' to grow some auto's. The white widow shows 5 days after germination a v-shaped form of their first pair of leafes. The 2 Royal Jack's are slightly at the same path so i moved my GoLeaf X1 LED (150W) at 60cm distance.
