Remember, you can get seeming "deficiencies" with nutrient imbalance and excesses. And often, that is compounded through a grow because you're continually using too much of something, which then exacerbates issues and can result in "false" deficiencies because of skewed balance and effectively lockout. Imo, you've very clearly used too much nitro. Your plants all have burnt tips and are unhealthily dark green.

Also, are you actually using 24 hour light cycle? That will pretty much ALWAYS cause metabolic dysfunction. ALWAYS.

Yes, it's a calcium deficiency.

Eh, that could be more a nitrogen issue, I reckon, looking at that plant. Like, too much nitro. Quite a bit too much. But yes, extra calcium especially, should help. Along with lowering the ntiro (a lot), as InspireMe suggested. Completely agree with that.

Also looks like you may have a PH issue. I'd check your runoff to make sure it is in the correct range

Hi mate, that first photo looks 100% calcium deficiency. She also looks like shes got a little too much N. So drop that quite a fair amount. Also, cal mag contains N so be very careful when giving her cal mag. Hope this helps and good luck with your grow 🙂
