The tenperature looks OK for me so I think you could add more sugar to the nutes. Since part of your sugar it's been used to feed your living soil I think they should need a bit more.

Seedling Light Height (SAD LAMP)Whats the best light height above seedlings, mine are on day 8 and had good growth up until now they have stopped for around 24hrs I use a SAD lamp for seedlings and has been 4cm away from them, see photo seems to be burning, rounding and curling?
