I think its just pistols (i think thats what its called) but it does looks like pollen sacks so im very worried iv only seen it like this in 1 spot. Can you please tell me if it is balls and can i still save it. If you need more info or pics please DM me.

Cut them off carefully, keep an good eye all over it daily as more may appear,

What is the problem here?PH is correct. Humidity is correct. Watered yesterday. Run off is correct. They were like this the day after the last water.
