Hi,
Your plants is telling you it is ready for the final weeks of its life cycle.
Your plants are using the nutrients in the fan leaves to increase their bud sites.

Too Much Light?Top looks yellowish, more so IRL than in the pic and the new growth is kinda taco-ing. Just under 24" from the light, 78F and using Photone the DLI was at ~30.
