It might be from a PH fluctuation you had. The damaged leaves will keep looking like this and eventually die , but if the plant keeps growing vigorously and new growth is healthy shes ok as it seems from the pictures. But as others said never flower unless shes 100% healthy you will just endure a long and slow flowering that will yield poor results. good luck

do not flip sick plants, sort things first. you can trim/slim her out if afrais that she wont fit, but dont send sick one to flower, all issues will just progress.
