That looks like spider mites. Check the undersides of leaves for them.

I'm seeing some holes/yellow spots on a couple leaves of this plant. It also seems to be growing slower and more Dense than my other plants. Is this cause for concern or is this plant just a little slower to grow? I'm thinking its just inconsistent genetics.Week 4

Yellow tips on new leafs and some fan leavesI've been dealing with this yellowing tips on one of them. Have been watering same as the other but this one appeared to be stressing for some reason, been using recharge +cal.mag 1/2 tsp gallon.
