I'm not sure nitrogen and that wont hurt your plant. It's more likely a defficiency but is it to little nutes or, too many causing some lockout.
This is how you diagnose any problem in cannabis. Check your runoff ph and ec and make sure your good in ph and ec, If your ec is low then likely defficiency, and you need more food. if it is a lot higher than what you feed then salts are building causing lockout so then you need to flush. Ph is low or high then you need to adjust it. Cheers friend

Small brown points on older top leaves1 week ago she started to get small brown points on older top leaves,and I moved her away from light to exclude light burn. Now there are a lot more of them. 5th Flowering week leaf yellowing change in nutrient program 1 day of tent overheatLast week (4th flowering week) I started with Plagron Greensensation and 6 days later I've seen some serious yellowing of the lower fan leaves.
