I'm not sure nitrogen and that wont hurt your plant. It's more likely a defficiency but is it to little nutes or, too many causing some lockout.
This is how you diagnose any problem in cannabis. Check your runoff ph and ec and make sure your good in ph and ec, If your ec is low then likely defficiency, and you need more food. if it is a lot higher than what you feed then salts are building causing lockout so then you need to flush. Ph is low or high then you need to adjust it. Cheers friend
