the bottom leaves have a yellow color, the smallest ones fell off completely. The upper leaves have yellow tones at the tips. I'm using biobizz nutrients and following the chart exactly as indicated in all the waterings. Could it be nutrient lockout?

Yes, it looks like maybe you over fed them as the tips of the leaves appear to have nutrient burn. However, it doesn't look too bad. I would personally just give them a good watering (no feed) at the next scheduled time and then go back to feeding nutrients again at the manufacturers required dosage stated on the bottle. I would also cut off any leaves that close to the ground as they reduce airflow to the rest of the plant, aren't much use in the shade anyway, and risk the plant contracting rot or mould from the soil. Good luck!

the single leaf doesn't mean anything, I remove it as soon as the others cover it the other leaves are yellow because being underneath and doing reduced photosynthesis, as soon as the plant needs a little more nutrients and doesn't find it in the soil, it goes to look for it in its reserves which are indeed the leaves if you're using 1 ml/l of biogrow, you're using half of the recommended amount. I suggest you increase it because the plants are starting to get big, and the bigger they get, the more they eat
