Hi everyone. I noticed browning on some of my buds right after the 24 hrs of dark. Do you think is this bud rot? How bad it is? Should I remove?

Hey! What's the conditions where you have her in 24 hr darkness? You need air circulation and still control humidity under 45-50% that will prevent mold or bud rot. This is sure looking like first staged of bud rot. I would cut that out and better the conditions, if you can't I suggest you don't risk it and finish the harvest and place to dry. It's a shame to see all of the hard work go away over little mistakes. @ me with the update to see how they came turned. Hope this helped, wish you luck!

I think they are ripe Day 51 (60-70 according to the breeder) I'll give them another 3-4 days and see if they get a bit fatter. otherwise they don't look bad. I hope I don't have much CBD conversion I want a high feeling and not a stoned feeling What do you think about maturity?

Are these male Pollen Sacs forming, or just damaged calyx?Autoflower 2 weeks from chop. Plant fell over 2 days ago - perhaps this calyx came in contact with the floor and removed the 'skin' of the calyx? Is she starting to herm?
