Tight growth and a brighter shade of green like that and offset nodes are an indicator of pre-flowers.
You’re definitely getting close. If it’s a photo period plant you can switch to 12-12 and in two weeks time buds should be setting in nicely.

More bud rot?Brown fuzzy area showed up on my gorilla glue plant. See photo. Looks kind of like brown sugar. Recently had to chop down another plant in the same grow room that definitely had but rot, so I'm thinking I should chop this just to be safe. Your thoughts?Week 18
