It sounds very possible, that your Girl is devouring her first feeding Beeing organic or not......its afeeding with Nutrients Its no N toxicity,,, that is very good... i see yellow marks on the leaves.... Looking like lockout marks,,, and the younger leaves are crumbely I dont think she looks toooo bad....... i would watch her only if it gets worse i would flush... because flushing means everytime abig disturbance of microbacterias in the soil.... what was your potting soil=?
