I'm going to tell you to keep going with this lady - I don't really see much of a problem here at all. Yes, she's a bit too wet but then so are the others and they're doing just fine (you may have JUST watered them before taking the photo?). What I think you're seeing that concerns you is the condition of the cotyledon because THAT feature really jumps out at you - but that's nothing to worry about because it's job is all but finished. The true leaves that are coming up from her are a bit misshapen and I put that down to genetics and will sort itself out.
You're growing different strains and even seeds of the same strain will grow differently from each other because they're all individuals. I have one grow now, 3 plants of the same strain, same treatment, same conditions, one is 26", one is 18" and the last one is 17" ... there's nothing wrong with any of them because of that difference in height...
So basically I don't see anything that you've done wrong nor do I see any reason for you to abandon her! Just give her more time and patience. Good luck!
