When to switch?

Thinking of leaving these one more week then maybe switching to a 12/12 light cycle and putting them into flowering. Do you think this is too early? I know they’re short but that's because of LST and the fact that they are Indica dominate I think

Is it time to harvest?? Need help please!Hi, my Auto ppp is at week 13 since seed and week 8 flower. I checked her tricomes (it's my first grow) i think I see plenty of amber, some still clear but didn't see any I would diaries as milky. Fan leaves a mostly green, so i am confused. Ready or not?Today I opened up the tent and she fell off all the way to the ground hitting another 2 plants.
I checked the thricomes and she was 90%cloudy and the rest crystal and a little amber.
Do you think it´s ready to harvest? I want to chop it both to have smoke and to use the pot.
