Harvest or not at week 5

Hey! As already mentioned those are trichomes your looking at and you want to examine the ones directly on the buds for a more accurate result. As for when to harvest.. Harvest window opens when you start getting amber pistils(hairs). Normally when there's 70% amber and 30% white pistils they're ready to start flushing but that's not always the case. The best way to check is looking at the trichomes(what you have in these pictures but directly on the buds). Clear trichomes haven't reached their full potencia, cloudy ones are full of THC and amber are losing THC while gaining CBN. So depending on your preference whether you want more of a head high or body high. I normally start to look at trichomes when there are about 50/50% white and amber pistils. I harvest when after examining and finding 70% cloudy trichomes and 30% amber trichomes. For me that's a prefect combination, depending on the strain as well. Have in mind if you use nutrients you'll need to flush the roots, watering only with PHed water for at least a week. Good luck and happy growing!

No my friend this not the area you check from trichome maturity you want to check the trichomes directly on the buds. Once those are all milky and the hairs are no longer white, then you harvest this is when the THC levels are at their highest. No, those are the sugar leaves. You want to look at the buds. Ideally, you should have some amber in the buds when you harvest. Purple haze auto takes at least 70 days according to the breeder. Give it at least that—- also show the bud pics, the pistols I should be mostly brown and curled in.
