I wouldn't defoliate autos at all the stress can slow them down and if you have the room just let them be that way they tend to yield well :)

Less leaves = less energy being made = less growth.
It is that simple!
If the plant did not need those leaves, it would not have grown them in the first place!

Amber trics week 5 flowering??So my babies are only going into week 5 of flowering. I checked the trics and I’ve noticed their about 80% milky and there are some amber ones already. So she’s a 8-9 flowering time. Is it okay to go ahead and let her go or should I try and finish her off?Week 11

Let the sun do the work?My girls are in their 3rd week of flower, it’s so nice outside and the sunlight is way better than the lights, can I take them outside for the 12h or leave them in the tent?
I fear that my light may not have the power to produce quality nuggets.

These have been grown in 91 degree heat for their entire time growing. I can't change that the heat killed off some trichomes. But what is your opinion on the doneness of the trichomes that are there? If the pics are not clear enough I can use my real camera versus my phone. THXBuds. Other

Autoflower forming seeds or trying to hermie?Have an auto flower forming what looks to be large seeds in a few of the top buds, they're only a week from finish and this only just became noticeable. Trichomes. Are mine clear or cloudy? I have always had a hard time telling. Please let me know if you see any amber also.Please rate each picture. The first two pictures go to their own plants but the last two are from the same plant. These plants are about 3 days from breeder time. I see that some of the bud sites that are lower down, aren't flowering as quickly as the ones near the top of the plant. Should I be defoliating some of these bud sites as they won't be as big, or should I leave them? I've seen some people say this and I'm a bit confused.Week 10

How to know when calyxes are swollen?When I look at my buds, the calyxes look big to me - however, due to inexperience, I'm not sure exactly what a 'swollen calyx' looks like.
