hey there HM , you're still overwatering my friend, this you can see from the puffy space between the veins of the leafs, it sounds silly but it's the most common problem. Try the lifting pot method to never overwater again :

What i can see is that you're on a heavy lighting regime but you're not adding cal mag which is leading to yellowing at the serrated edges of the leafs, with such a heavy light regimen you need more magnesium. You're also adding fish miix but not measuring your pH, fish mix raises pH by quite a lot which can cause uptake issues. i would try cutting back on it until you can measure pH. i use pH strips like in school, tthey're cheap they work and dont need any calibration.
