is this normal Deformed leafs

Hello so my first time growing. I got 2 auto northern lights. one looks fine but other has deformed leafs. Please advice if this will still grow buds and what your thought are.

For a young plant, maybe... time will tell. I'd wager it grows out of it - possibly those leaves, possibly the next node or two if it is something that impacts leaf when more mature.
