Why is this coloring and yellowing happening only on some stems but not on every branch ? Some center branches are flowering slowly and badly, like small bud sites and leaves that seemed defficient. But overall she looks healthy, what could be it ?

I think it could also be ph related as the others have stated. Next watering/feeding check your runoff if your in soil or coco, aim for a decent amount of runoff like 30% of what you water. Catch 20% runoff and put to one side while you catch the last 10% runoff. Check the Ph of both samples, the 20% runoff will be a value closer to what your medium was and the last 10% ph value will be closer to what your medium is. If your Ph is out of range then the plant can't take in all the nutrition it needs.

Ended up cutting up the branches that had the slow growth, also checked pH and it was around 7, doesn't seem so bad. Added some Cal-Mag and Boron, hoping it does help since the products I'm using are very slow release (diatomaceous earth)! Will update next week, this is my Code Red journal.

Ahhh that plant doesn’t look healthy to me—- unless that’s the camera exposure. It’s fading way too early. Looks like you are running an all over deficiency with possible ph issues to boot. Are you foliar feeding too? (Hence the burn?) I would do a full blown tea on this lady for the next few days to get it squared away then feed with nutrients at a 6.2 ph

I agree with grannie. Whenever something like this rears it's ugly head, always check your pH of the water you use and the pH of that plant's run-off, as well.

Not seeing any nute information in your diary for this grow ... but that pattern of discoloration and what you say about the slow growth indicates to me that she's pretty desperate for some phosphorus... and the cause is most likely your pH... Phosphorus is best absorbed by the plant when the pH is 6.2 or a little higher. When you get your pH up, you might also want to consider giving her an additional P/K booster. Make sure, also, that you haven't been heavy-handed with the nitrogen since she went into flower as a nitrogen toxicity will also lead to a lockout of this nutrient (but I don't think that's the case here). Good luck!
