Hey there Herroqitti, you're right to identify that problem ! what happened is there's a bit of overwatering which makes the nutrients in the soil a bit mroe available as well as causing some water stress on the roots. They'll eventually get used to it but the best is to follow a stricter wet dry cycle. Do that and the problem should be resolved almost immediately. Try reading your plant by waiting an extra day before you water them or when the leafs are 🙌 praying upwards . Hope this helps ! 🚀

Hey! It looks like lettuce beacuse she's retaining a bunch of water! Kind of what our fingertips look like when we've been in water for too long right? All wrinkley.. I suggest you don't water again until top part of the soil is dry to touch, do the old finger till first knuckle test and then continue to water but with less amount. Could take a few days. Overwatering is one of the silliest mistakes but can ruin everything. It can stunt the plants growth for a few days, lack of oxygen in the roots can cause root rot. Soggy soil can extract pests as well. It's easier to add less water and up the amount as need than to over do it. Hope this helped. Good luck and happy growing!

Hey Growmie, This isn't from excessive nitrogen, this is from overwatering, the leaves look full of water. The way you fix this issue is to stop watering and let the plant dry out. Not completely( this will damage your roots) but close to it. Also, go longer in between watering. You also want to stop watering so often (this is usually the cause). Hopefully, I answered your question and remember Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time.

Check under you leaves with a magnifying glass and see if you have mites. Looks like their being attacked.
