yeah lack of light is a cause of this in my opinion I have plants that look the same in a green house and i live in the uk which is why lol not alot of light in this crap whole lol :) Shell be okay just give her time and more light if you can :)

I don't think that's light, as I grow shit outdoor even in winter, sometimes even without ANY direct light and I don't get shit like that. Your light, temps seem good.
So if I had to guess, internal pressure (hydrogen and oxygen), maybe root related issue. I've somewhat similar results from things fucking up the roots, but I dunno, that looks weird.
If it doesn't rapidly improve, I would seriously consider transplanting that or changing the soil, something like that.

How’s she look? Green enough?She got a heavy defol almost a week ago. I’ve been working my nutes and afraid she might not be getting enough N. She’s been under the new light for a week too. Moist build up at bottom - overwateredI believe this seedling had too much moist. The soil was moisty when I filled the pot.
Somehow the pot feels very heavy now and seems there is a build up at the bottom. I made some airpockets to the bottom.
Should I wait or take it out and put it into a cup and dry the soil?
