yeah lack of light is a cause of this in my opinion I have plants that look the same in a green house and i live in the uk which is why lol not alot of light in this crap whole lol :) Shell be okay just give her time and more light if you can :)

I don't think that's light, as I grow shit outdoor even in winter, sometimes even without ANY direct light and I don't get shit like that. Your light, temps seem good.
So if I had to guess, internal pressure (hydrogen and oxygen), maybe root related issue. I've somewhat similar results from things fucking up the roots, but I dunno, that looks weird.
If it doesn't rapidly improve, I would seriously consider transplanting that or changing the soil, something like that.

Am I on the right track and how long does it usually take to recover from this?If I'm not mistaken I'm pretty sure the plant in the front left is suffering from nitrogen toxicity, was just flushed yesterday, ph was 7.1 and ppms were at 2200 before flush, dropped ph of water to 6.0 and flushed with final flush until I had a ph of 6.8 and ppms reading at 1100

Nonetheless her leaves are a bit bloated, wavy and clawing. I'm 100% it's not overwatering and I haven't feed her yet, and since she's on BIOBizz Light Mix I doubt it's nitrogen toxicity.

PH Fluctuation Early Signs?I am worried that I either have early signs of PH fluctuations outside of 6.0-7.0 range or early signs of a calcium deficiency.
As you can hopefully see in the picture the tips of the first set of true leave seem to have little spots of discolouration.
