One of my autos was deformed looking when it was around that age. It has basically grown out of it now. So I wouldn’t worry right now to much. Good luck. 💨 😃

No te preocupes, esto en todo caso es fallo de genetica.
Las ramas y tallos finos... esas manchas blancas que tienes encima de las hojas será de agua caido encima no?
Si no es el caso habrá que mirar de qué pueden ser..
