Check for broad mites or russet mites. They're microscopic and suck sap from new growth, which causes twisted, canoeing, dark leathery leaves. Inspect the newest growth tips and leaf undersides with a 60x loupe, and isolate the affected plant.

I have used Dolemite in the past with no real issues, but I have been reading, It's not the best thing to be using because the issues it can cause. You should be using calcitic lime not dolimite lime. Dolomite lime will change the pH of your soil over a longer period of time than calcitic lime will be more fast acting and give you a better idea of how much it's affecting the pH and wont continue to rise the ph. 1tbsp though should have no made a huge difference though. This looks like environmental problems that fan looks a little close and could be damaging the leaves, And I think your plants would benefit from fabric pots they might not be getting enough oxygen.

It's the gypsum and lime with grow dots its creating osmatic pressure and throwing the pH out.. 1 tablespoon of each is way over enough for that small pot..

No, not in person. It's a simple closed question?!?!? What the hell are you all writing about? 😹 Do you start discussing the oven temperature when someone asks you if you want peppers on your sub? 💚😜

Twisting new growth with pale crinkled edges at 3 weeks points to a root zone problem, not light or heat (77°F, 62% RH and 300 PPFD are all fine). Dolomite lime plus compost can push soil pH above 7, which locks out micros like iron, manganese and zinc, and slow-release dots on top add salts. Check your runoff pH and EC. If pH is above 6.8, flush with 2-3x the pot volume of water at pH 6.0-6.3 and hold off on extra feeding. If pH is fine, watch for nutrient burn from the dots.

Eyy buddy, Looking at the leaf deformation, I’d be suspicious of root-zone stress rather than PPFD alone. With Grow Dots already in the mix, adding gypsum and dolomite lime could potentially affect the root-zone balance, depending on the mix. I’d check the medium’s pH and EC, watering frequency, and drainage before adding anything else. The symptoms alone aren’t enough to confirm the cause.

Good evening, The soil mix may not be the best but I think it's thermal/light stress... or maybe a combination of those two factors...

thnk the balance of your custom soil mix is just not good for marijuana plants. try different composition next time. 300ppfd is low for 18hours.. and still fairly low for 12 hour operation. i'd get your DLI up around 35 and continue to adjust based on pattern of new growth. far too often people misuse the term "ppfd" or it is poorly measured etc... so take that as a grain of salt. 300ppfd over 18h is 19.4 DLI... that'll produce larfy garbage, if accurate. It's 2/3rds of that over 12 hours, which is obvioulsy even worse outcomes.
