Why haven't my flowers started growing yet?

I'm not sure if the buds are supposed to have started growing. It is already the 8th week of growing but I might just be too excited since this is my first grow. Open to any advice!

if its an auto , its about to start flowering
if its a photoperiod . it will go into flowering once u flip it to 12-12 hours of light . if u grow it outdoor it starts to flower once the day start becoming shorter.
i see u grow it outside idk what hemisphere u are on but if u are in norther one like most of us it should have already started flowering

Best taking it indoors into darkness 12 hours a day then put it back out for 12 so you control it

If this is not an auto flowering strain the the plant will be difficult to flower outside as you cannot control the light schedule of 12hrs on 12hrs off

Fattening phase / strechOne of the plants, which can be easily spotted, stretched like crazy compared to others.
The only thing that worries me if she's going to manage to fill those colas... At this point I feed her more than the others and she seems to like it...

When to harvest? and general opinion on the buds :)I have two automatic gorilla cookie flowers. One of them is more advanced in terms of the flowering stage and I'm not sure when I should cut it.
It is currently about three weeks in bloom but I do not have a microscope to check the trichomes. I will only have it in two weeks.

HELP plant had massive overnight changeWhat happened to my friends girl? It was perfectly fine yesterday morning. This morning we checked her and all the hairs were brown and alot of the leaves were brown curled and crispy. Its been hot but to just change all at once is wierd.
