Major difference between two plants

The following two wedding cake autos were germinated and planted on the same day. However, as you can see within the photo, the one I front seems to be a few weeks ahead in terms of flowering. What reasons made the difference between the same strain/breeder? What mistakes?

i would not worry i would think that the two are different phenos, it happens in some strains and then we ask what did i do wrong,
you did nothing wrong and they both look great

Harvest start in 4-5 days too to bottom?Thoughts on harvesting this 1 girl from top to bottom, I was going to start taking the buds that r done and leaving the rest to finish.I planned on it in 4-5 days. Week 9 isnt close to harvest, does anyone know what will probably happen ?When i compare to other grows, week 9 should look a lot like harvest time, but instead its still in early flower does this mean the plant will take longer but still yield good results or... ?

Thinking of cropping very soon.It looks like I am in the start of the cropping window here, with about 50% of trichomes cloudy and they are starting to bend over with age or weight, and the leaves are starting to turn yellow. Would it be best to crop now if I want more of a high rather than couch lock.
