Doesnt flower

Those very low night temperatures will really slow down growth, especially if flowering. What normally may take one week, may take as much as 4-6 weeks when night temps are that low. I imagine if it is going down to 1 degree Celsius at nights, that day temps wouldn't be very warm either, further reducing growth. Combine this with short day length and you have even slower growth, if you are also growing outdoors. Hope this helps.... Organoman.
