Is my plant ready to harvest yet?

Im flushing my plant since 1 week the weeks are starting to turn yellow and weak. Recently i noticed some new white „hairs“ and light green spots in the buds. Is she done yet?

Risk of bud rot with these conditions?My tent keeps bouncing between 55-65% throughout the day during mid-late flower stage. Staying between 24-26 C. I have two fans moving air in the tent and the plants are we defoliated. An in-line fan is pulling air out. How much at risk am I for bud rot? Thanks!

Plant development erratic. How to harvest.My plant seems to be developing at different rates on different parts of plant. Half the tops seem ready for harvest. Amber trichromes starting to show up. Other areas still white undeveloped buds. Should I till things even out or harvest now. Or harvest in chunks.

Friends plant harvest time??My buddy has this one plant been doing pretty good ive shown him alot so he's started right. We have a different idea of finish time though.
