Harvest/does soil need to be completely dry?

One more quick question about harvesting. Do I need to make sure the soil is completely dry before cutting it down?

Por supuesto , mi recomendación es que cortes dejando secar muy bien el sustrato para que la planta termine de chupar todo.
Además facilitarás el secado, que con la humedad tiende a salir hongos en la flor.

It's best to be dry. Makes the drying process go a little quicker and it's best to take in the middle of lights out. Cheers

Are these trichomes ready to harvest?Am I ready to harvest? I am new at this so I bought a wifi scope to look at the trichomes, but to be hones it is still confusing but my plant is looking pretty sad so I wanted to see if she’s ready to harvest. How long for trichome ripeness?How much longer for these white widows? My last grow I had to harvest early before I really got to see trichomes changing colors because of deficiencies. These plants are doing better and are coming up on 8 weeks of flower. I was thinking a week or two. These pics were taken 9/1

6/8 girls flowering, what gives with the other 2?I have had 6/8 girls start to flower this week, the girls that haven't yet is the topic of this question.
