Hi everyone, need help with my girls. I gave them a good watering on Thursday as I was away for couple of days. Then on Sunday morning without properly checking I gave them another 500ml each. I think I have maybe over watered. If you agree, How can I help fix them.

yes they are drooping because of too much water, no worries though she will bounce back. let her pot dry for a day or two. perhaps 3 days. but when you do water giver the plant what you feed her. pick up the pot and remember the weight. do this each time you check on your grow. by picking up the pot you can feel when the weight is off. now you know how to water. i also would suggest grabbing some kelp and use it every other feed. what kelp does is it helps your roots out in times like this, it helps the plant go through stress better as well. when it it hot here i use kelp to help with the stress and in turn the plant does not show heat stress. it is the same with too much water. we all have done this here and there. hope this helps

Just leave her to dry out again, she might only need watering every 3-6 days if she doesn't want it. Especially if the pots quite large👍🌱

my 2 cents: too much light. Looking at other photo of the diary, I see that she stopped strong growth at half of current week: my opinion is that her groth has brought her too near to the light

Yup a little bit too much water, don’t worry, wait the pot dry and that it is light when you lift it. With air pot it’s not so much a problem ✌️🏽
