How much silica should I be giving my indoor plants? Is it really doing any good inside? Should I just save it for my outdoor plants next summer?

Silica helps with the absorption of nutrients as well as making the plant stronger. It definitely has it's uses for indoors. Follow the instructions on the bottle for how much, but I don't think it is much more than 10-20 PPM worth. Good luck!

I lt’s make the stem more stronger and also the plant itself more stronger and resistant at heat , i will use a little sometimes in winter and a lot in summer , outdoor is very useful! So if u can’t buy another bottle if u finish it ( i know it’s a little bit expensive) and u are near the end of it save for the outdoor summer , otherwise give it a little bit somethimes now it will help

Depends if you plan to top or do much training with your plants. I use it indoor as I top and LST a lot. Found it gives me more flexibility when bending stems . Also makes the stems strong so they can hold their own weight in late flower.

Silica helps make stems stronger and more resistant to disease. But I never use it. I just keep fans blowing 24/7 that makes them very strong. Cheers
