Ok I need the nail in the coffin guys. I’m using Fafard Root Factory RF C8. Picture shows ingredients. What is my ideal PH window for this type of mix? I’m also about to transplant. I normally just fill a pot, sprinkle Dynomyco, drop plant, fill in and water. Is this correct?

For coco your ph range it 5.5 to 6.0 for veg cycle. We watch the runoff water and if the ph is low then water at 6.0 if runoff is high then water at 5.5. Shoot for 5.8 for veg for even uptake of nutrients. 6.0 to 6.5 for flower cycle and feed the same way by checking runoff and feed at 6.0 to 6.5, shoot for 6.2 to 6.3 for flower cycle. Cheers

I got a few clones from Jane I want to move into these 5 gallon fabric pots. I Norm just sprinkle Dynomyco get my hole ready, drop plant in. Back fill as best as possible and water to runoff. But it’s come to my attention that people prepare their mix for transplant. ⬅️ I don’t know how to this properly. 🤷‍♂️🏼 The big question I’ve been racking my brain, reading tons but it’s never clear anywhere because the word soil is used so loosely. For Sphagnum peat/coco/perlite mix with lime and wetting agent and slight nutrient charge. What is the right PH window for my water for this type of medium?? Is it 5.8-6.2, I see this out there Or is it 6.2-6.5 I see people say this. But it’s never clear cut answers. I’m helli lost with this guys. I try for the most part to figure shit out on my own but I need someone with experience in this medium to tell me what is up with medium and how to use it. I also use lotus Nutrients. I got Jane in this stuff and I feel like I’ve been chasing a PH imbalance or nutrient lock out. I’m sure there’s a a way to be successful with this medium, I just can’t figure it out.
