reddish stems and stretching seedlings?

315cmh light with seedlings in promix HP. Light is 2.8ft from tops of seedlings. Watering when medium is mostly dried out. Seedlings still seem to be stretching and stems are reddish. I watered with 1/4 micro grow bloom from AN. Are my seedlings doing ok? Day 6

They're stretching quite a bit. Hold off the feeding till about next week. There is nutrients in the cotyledons till they fall off 👊👍

Hey your light might to be high for the seedlings. I try and not go above 2FT for any seedling. And then get closer as they get a little bigger.

Can a 1000w LED grow light be closer than 60cm (24") to a seedling?Different sources are saying: 1000w LED light should not be closer to a seedling than 60-75cm (24"-30"). The seedling should be getting 5000-7000 lux, 100-300 PAR (PPFD 18h) and 12-20 DLI.
Question: Can I put the light closer at ~40cm, dimmed to match the needed lux, par and dli

Almost two weeks old, got her first spot on a leafWhat do you guys think is the cause of this? She is only 13 days old. Is it a light burn? She's getting 16-20 DLI until she develops more leaves. Do you have a solution to stop the growth of stems?Apparently this would be due to a lack of light and stress because of the too high temperature.
I exposed them in a brighter place and I controlled the temperature to a maximum of 25/26°C.
It doesn't seem to stop...
How can I repair the damage? Is it too late?
