Starting new grow using Mother Earth coco per 70/30

This is my 3rd try, I cant get past the seedling stage. Im being told that Im overwatering. Ive used diaries on here, grow weed easy site, and coco for cannabis site, and all offer different advice. Can anyone give me a general watering schedule to start off. Thanks!

If you are overwatering, that means you are using a pot too big for the stage your plant is at. Start with party cups and give them enough water to saturate them, it will be around half a glass of water (100 cc or so) which will last around 5 days to a week.

PLEASEE help me find the issues with 2 of my seedlings (3 seeds are from the same autoflower strain and its their day 5 in the soil after germinating with Plant 1 is growing with weird leaf shape and size (there is a mini seedling next to it that i havent touched yet and i dont know what it is!) Plant 2 grew with 1 totally bent down initial leaf and the new pair of leaves that are curled inside. As reference plant 3 has been great

Need some advice for these seedlings - suspect it could be early cal-mag deficiency. Thoughts?These seedlings are growing with nicely but I have noticed some slight dis-coloration on the seedlings once the domes came during hardening, medium is moist and light PPFD is hovering around 220-250, avg day temps are 24c and night temps are 22c, using RO water.

Why are my seedlings so leggy when they get enough light?I added pictures from 4 days after germ and wonder why my seedlings are so leggy (~5cm). I already filled it up with soil and they would be 10cm by now if I didn't. First 2 days was 12-14 DLI and since yesterday am giving them more light than many guides say: 250-270 PPFD, 18 DLI
